An exciting new role where you can make a real difference to the effectiveness of our Council Controlled Organisations and Council Organisations. We are looking for an exceptional leader to coordinate how Council and nine organisations owned or partly owned by Greater Wellington work together to make a real difference in achieving our outcomes.

This is a senior role within Greater Wellington and we are looking for someone who has considerable management experience and who is strongly focussed on building relationships. Your role will include regular contact with chief executives and board chairs and you will have the ability to work with and influence others.

If you take a strategic overview of a situation, identify the key areas of focus and follow this up with targeted action, this could be the role for you. You will have a passion for aligning work programmes to achieve long-term outcomes, supporting others and considering solutions from a customer perspective.
