About the role

This role sits within our Customer Engagement team who help people across the region understand why we're here and why we matter to their everyday lives.  We play a big part in ensuring our customer and communities are at the heart of what we say and do.

 

You'll support the Brand, Insights and Design Lead to: 

  • develop and deliver the brand strategy and campaign activity to ensure positive growth in brand equity and reputation with a particular focus on the GW and Metlink brands
  • develop our internal engagement strategy aimed at informing, engaging and empowering our people
  • maintain a broad overview of brand and insight issues and ensure brand architecture and tone of voice is understood
  • develop a GW-wide approach to capturing, disseminating and applying insight to work programmes

 

A bit about you

You will have credible experience in building strong brands and supporting an organisation to adopt an insight-led and design thinking approach. You'll also have outstanding relationship management and influencing skills and a track record of delivering joined-up solutions that ensure continuous improvement.  As important as all these elements are though what we're really looking for is a real team player who's keen to offer insight and ideas.
