We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Transactions (TLT) to lead the transaction processing team at Greater Wellington Regional Council.


The TLT will oversee both accounts receivable and accounts payable teams, supporting the Finance Department to become a centre of excellence by being responsive to our customers and providing professional, timely and reliable services. 


Leadership and staff management

* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

* Recommend and implement continuous improvements to processes or systems


Skills required

* Solid experience leading successful teams

* Sound interpersonal and communication skills 

* Ability to motivate staff
