  • Lead bus fleet related engineering projects and investigations.

To be successful in the role you will need to:

  • Have a passion for building rapport and relationships across multiple stakeholders
  • Be able to work with a high level of autonomy and being highly self-motivated and driven
  • Be calm under pressure and focused on the bigger picture
  • Bring innovative thinking to the Group, looking for opportunities to improve ways of working and making informed changes, as well as raising ideas where required
  • Influence and motivate others through personal advocacy, vision and drive to build a solid platform for change
  • Have empathy for customers and confidence in engaging with them directly

You will be joining us at a time where there is strong growth in demand for public transport across all modes (bus, rail, ferry and Total Mobility) and as we make significant changes and improvements to the network.
