New Permanent Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a new role with our organisation and make it your own! This role is key for us, building change management approaches and capability in GW. The role reports to the Manager HR and is a member of the HR leadership team.  

About the role

The Change Manager will be involved in a variety of change programmes, either in a leading or supporting capacity, working with other change and HR professionals. They will also provide an organisational oversight of change and look to integrate change management activities across GW to ensure the successful delivery of business change initiatives and strategic outcomes.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role; and a real opportunity to work closely with people doing important work for our region and make a difference.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:-
  • Experience in a relevant role
  • An ability to see the big picture and understand the strategic context of projects and change
  • A good understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools
  • Project management and planning skills and experience
  • The ability to communicate effectively and with ease with a wide range of people
  • An organised approach to work, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and to work accurately under pressure
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and being a great teammate.

Naturally, you will also demonstrate the highest level of integrity and a can do attitude combined with a great sense of humour.
