We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide high level executive support to two of our general managers.
About the role
This role is one of several executive assistant positions working directly with our general manager/s, the Council Chair or the Chief Executive. This role is specifically to provide executive assistance to the general managers for Corporate Services and Te Hunga Whirwhiri groups.
We are looking for an enthusiastic EA who is approachable, flexible and has a high level of personal integrity. This role offers a challenge, variety and ability to use your skills to juggle multiple demands. You will also work collaboratively with the other executive assistants to provide seamless support across the organisation.
Skills and experience required
A good understanding of local government and/or a political environment would also be an advantage
