“I'm trying to find out the requirements for dog owners on a section of land I believe GWRC own but rent/lease out for use.
Can GWRC confirm they are legal owner of the land known as 13b Nimmo Ave West?
Is the land classified public or private?
Is a lease agreement in place? if so is this a charity, private individual or other?
Does the lease agreement have any clause in relation to dogs on the property? Please provide a copy of the clauses that relate to dogs or domestic pets on the property.”
