- The total amount spent by Metlink on consultancy services and external advice from January 2020 to the present exceeding $10,000.
- A detailed breakdown of consultancy services by project, including:
     - The name of the consultancy firm.
     - The scope of work for each project including dates.
     - The total cost associated with each project.
- Copies of any assessments or reviews conducted on the value and effectiveness of these consultancy services.
