“information relating to CentrePort’s role in the ferry infrastructure project and associated works in Wellington:

Copies of all reports, briefings, or correspondence between the Council (and/or its investment entity) and CentrePort, Ferry Holdings, KiwiRail, or the Government regarding the ferry infrastructure project, including wharf and linkspan works, yard reconfiguration, or other capital works associated with accommodating new ferries.

Any advice, analysis, or correspondence indicating that the scope, costs, or complexity of works at CentrePort may exceed publicly stated plans or assumptions – including advice or discussion about whether the existing wharf and related infrastructure can safely and efficiently accommodate larger ferries, increased freight, or passenger volumes.

Any internal or independent reports, risk assessments, or updates prepared for the Council, its investment arm, or elected members regarding CentrePort’s involvement in the project – including potential funding requirements, financial exposure, or commercial risks.

Communications or reports discussing the allocation of project costs between CentrePort, KiwiRail, Ferry Holdings, and the Government – including any differences of view or negotiations about the appropriate share of investment.

Emails, memos, or briefing papers discussing concerns, risks, or potential disputes regarding project delivery, costs, or infrastructure suitability.
