This document contains a community vision for the Pauatahanui Inlet and
its catchment. It has been prepared by the Pauatahanui Inlet Advisory
Group in association with the local community and other interested
parties, in response to the need for a blueprint for the future management
of this important area.

It is intended that the recommendations will be considered and
implemented by the Porirua City and Wellington Regional Council. The
other various agencies with management responsibilities in and around
the Inlet will be encouraged to implement the aspects of the Action Plan
relevant to them.
