The public has an opportunity to participate at the start of all meetings, with the exception of hearings. Participation at Council meetings must directly relate to an item on the agenda. Any person or group wishing to participate must contact democratic.services@gw.govt.nz or 0800 496 734 by midday the day before the meeting.
